Our story
A workshop in the town that taught India engineering.
Roorkee has been synonymous with engineering education since the 1840s. Growing up around that tradition, we saw how much better students learn when they can open a valve, load a beam or time a pendulum themselves.
Our founder has built laboratory equipment since 1995, and in 2018 that experience became Sanmati Enterprises: a manufacturer and dealer of scientific instruments that builds working models, test rigs and complete laboratory setups for engineering colleges, polytechnics, ITIs, pharmacy institutes and industry.
We are proud to stay hands-on — our team draws, fabricates, assembles and tests every unit, and installs it on campus with a demonstration for faculty.

Where it began

Sanmati Enterprises is founded
Over two decades of experience is brought under one name, with its own workshop in Roorkee.
